Susie McLean could never have dreamed that during her life growing up in the country, she would end up as a national TV celebrity, but that is exactly where this down to earth, mother of two has found herself. After establishing herself in the Melbourne social scene, Susie was approached in 2015 to be part of the Foxtel ratings smash hit, The Real Housewives of Melbourne. Since then, life is looking very exciting for Susie.

Susie was raised in a tight knit Italian family in country Victoria. That is where she developed her love for cooking, mastering the classics that we all still love and know, Scones, Pavlova, and those amazing Sponges.

But there is so much more to Susie than the RHOM, and her famous Sponges. This wellrounded, unassuming lady is a prolific writer, horse rider, golfer, runner and recently returning to Classial Ballet and pointe work. Susie is currently establishing an etiquette school that will not only teach our younger generation the finer points of life, but also aims to educate international Corporates in understanding of varying manners and etiquette from different cultures around the world. Essential life skills that will prove invaluable, not only on a social level, but also the confidence in knowing how to behave in business scenarios as well.

Susie’s other passion is the Country Women’s Association (CWA), of which she was previously president and still an active member of the Toorak branch (Umima). This involvement has allowed her to continue to develop and share her passion for home cooking, as well as being an actively involved in fundraising for the many charities the CWA supports.

Susie has recently signed as the Ambassador and face of Olivella skin and hair care products. There are also plans under way for an eBook and YouTube Channel to share her love of the good and simple things in life.
